Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how RHOYLLE INNOVATION EMPIRE LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles information when you visit www.rhoylle.com and related corporate or marketing pages we operate. It does not change how DBAOps Sovereign™ behaves on your infrastructure: the self-hosted product does not phone home estate telemetry to us.
1. Who we are
RHOYLLE INNOVATION EMPIRE LLC is a U.S.-based company that develops and markets the DBAOps™ platform and DBAOps Sovereign™ software. Contact: rhoylle@dbaops.solutions, admin@dbaopsframework.com, support@dbaopsframework.com.
2. Information we may collect on this website
- Contact information you voluntarily send by email or forms (name, email, message content).
- Technical / hosting logs typical of static site hosting (for example CDN request logs via Netlify), which may include IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamps.
- Optional local UI state stored only in your browser (for example
localStoragefor a simple page-view counter widget), not as a global visitor profile on our servers.
3. Analytics
We may use server-side or privacy-oriented analytics on marketing pages (for example Netlify Analytics, and/or Plausible or Fathom if enabled) to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. These measures apply to websites we host — not to customer SQL Server estates running DBAOps Sovereign™.
4. Advertising and cookies
www.rhoylle.com may display third-party advertising (including Google AdSense) after we complete publisher approval and enable ad units. When ads are active:
- Advertising partners may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and in some cases to personalize ads based on your browsing activity (subject to your browser and partner settings).
- We will not invent publisher IDs or claim authorization we do not have. Ad inventory appears only after Google (or another disclosed partner) provides approved code.
- You can manage cookie preferences in your browser. Where partners offer opt-out or personalized-ad controls, those remain available through those partners.
Product sites focused on pricing, download, and checkout (for example dbaops.solutions purchase flows) and the customer portal are not intended as AdSense inventory. See also our Advertising & Sponsorship Disclosure.
5. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide support
- Operate, secure, and improve our websites
- Measure marketing-site traffic (aggregate analytics)
- Serve and measure advertising when ads are enabled on eligible pages
- Comply with legal obligations
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate hosting, email, payments (on product sites), analytics, or advertising — under contractual or platform terms — or when required by law.
7. Your choices
- Clear site data and cookies in your browser settings
- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data you emailed to us
- Use browser or partner controls for advertising personalization where available
8. Children
Our sites and products are intended for professional and business use, not for children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
